travel Sterile Processing Technician for a travel job in Phoenix,
Arizona.Job Description & Requirements
As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in
maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our medical equipment and
instruments. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail
and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure that our patients

safety standards: The Sterile Processing Technician will be
responsible for ensuring that all medical equipment and instruments
are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained according to
industry standards and protocols.Inventory management: The
Technician will be responsible for keeping track of inventory
levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and organizing
and restocking supplies in designated areas.Sterilization
procedures: The Technician will be responsible for properly
following sterilization procedures, including decontamination,
disinfection, and sterilization of medical equipment and
instruments.Quality control: The Technician will be responsible for
performing quality control checks to ensure that all equipment and
instruments are functioning properly and meet safety
standards.Equipment maintenance: The Technician will be responsible
for performing routine maintenance on equipment and instruments to
ensure they are functioning properly and can be used
safely.Attention to detail: It is the responsibility of the
Technician to have a keen eye for detail and ensure that all
equipment and instruments are properly cleaned, inspected, and
prepared for use.Record-keeping: The Technician will be responsible
for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all
sterilization procedures, inventory levels, and maintenance
checks.Teamwork: The Technician will work closely with other
members of the healthcare team to ensure that all equipment and
instruments are available and in proper condition for patient
care.Adherence to regulations: The Technician will be responsible
for following all relevant regulations and guidelines, including
OSHA and FDA regulations, to ensure a safe and compliant work
