Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead UX/UI, Product Designer to
join their product team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI design strategy and decision-making for core features
and new product initiatives
Collaborate with teams to deliver a range of UX assets, including
wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Conduct usability checks and gather user feedback to optimize
existing features
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with at least 1
year in a lead or mentoring role
Proven track record designing complex web applications or B2B
platforms
Experience in fast-paced and iterative environments, with
proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and customer
experience best practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
