Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Contract Negotiator to manage
and negotiate various research-related agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and execute various agreements related to
research and sponsored activities
Collaborate with university partners to ensure timely review and
execution of contracts
Provide expertise and training to faculty and study personnel
regarding policies and regulations related to agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
Experience with LinkedIn
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding
sponsored programs
Master's Degree or JD is preferred
