Mixed Methods UX Researcher

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mixed Methods UX Researcher to execute research that shapes customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to evaluate customer experiences
Lead research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Synthesize customer needs to inform product strategy and innovation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in UX research or a similar role
Experience moderating remote research activities
Expertise in survey design and statistics
Familiarity with data analysis using R or Python and SQL
Preferred: PhD in a relevant field (social science, psychology, HCI)
