Job Description:

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Sales Public Sector/Federal.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting performance expectations and goals
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within the SaaS or technology sector
Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of the CI/CD landscape and cloud computing market
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
